Design Consultation
We are able to provide design consultations for small to large development projects. As all our designers are equipped with years of experience and the understanding on all the sub processes in a development project, we are able to provide the right design for the right job both locally and globally.
Residential Interior Design
Upon analysing the floorplan and digesting our clients need and lifestyle, we will then cook up a fitting design which fit our clients lifestyle.
Commercial Interior Design
As we are also in the business line, we understand businessmens concern. Usually we will study our clients operation flow and based on the requirements design a solution which solves all needs with aesthetics. We will balance aesthetics with operation necessities. We do not design nor build things for the sake of building things. We only build things to solve issues.
Alterations & Additions
Have a landed home already but still not satisfied with some parts of your home? We can provide relevant solutions to alter or to add things within your landed home to make your home more tuned to your lifestyle. We work with partners with relevant BCA, URA qualifications for the proper submission if necessary. Unlike Architects, we do not pitch your home project to builders but we are the one-stop solution which are already equipped with good sub-contractors so as to have a better quality control of works during the renovation.
Reconstruction
Have a landed home already but still unsatisfied with lots of parts in your home? We can provide good relevant solutions to upgrade your landed home to one which is more tuned to your lifestyle.
